In order to further strengthen the discipline (specialty) construction, improve the scientific research strength and level of the college, and fully implement the strategy of strengthening the school with talents, the college introduces high-level talents to meet the needs of the college's specialty construction. (2) Conditions for introduction

3. Have good moral conduct and professional ethics, love education, and have good teamwork spirit and professionalism.
4. Physical health and mental health.
5. Professors are generally under 50 years old (1971born after March 3 1), associate professors are generally under 45 years old (1976 born after March 3 1), and doctoral students are generally under 40 years old (/kloc-0)
Persons under any of the following circumstances may not register:
1. Active servicemen and non-fresh graduates cannot register;
2. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime, he was expelled from China * * * Party membership and public office; During the period of filing a case for review, or those who have not been punished by party discipline and political discipline, they cannot register;
3. Those who are found to have serious violations of examination and recruitment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels cannot apply;

5. Recruiting staff from institutions whose service years and service periods are not full will not be registered;

2. Winners of national excellent doctoral dissertations, providing 800,000 yuan to settle down; The starting fee for scientific research is 800,000 for science and 600,000 for liberal arts;
3. Postdoctoral students leave the station and provide 700,000 yuan to settle down; The starting fee for scientific research is 300,000 for science and 200,000 for liberal arts;
4. The doctoral students in the second round of "double-first-class" construction universities and disciplines announced by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, or the doctoral students in the top 200 world-class universities (excluding domestic ones), are given a housing subsidy of 600,000, a research start-up fee of 250,000 for science and engineering, and a liberal arts15000;
5. Doctoral students who graduated from ordinary colleges and universities will receive 500,000 housing subsidies, 200,000 science and engineering start-up fees and 654.38+ 10,000 liberal arts fees.

Four. Recruitment procedure
(1) Release information
Announce the introduction of talents on the college campus network and related websites, and the introduction information is valid throughout the year.
(2) Registration and examination
1. Use online registration. Each applicant is limited to one position.
2. Applicants should send the application materials to the email address of the employing department (see Annex 2). The unified format of email title requires: post+name+gender+subject (major)+graduation year+name of graduation institution. The contents of the email should include the Application Form for Introducing Talents from Taiyuan University and the electronic version of the materials and certificates that should be submitted during the on-site confirmation audit. (Incorrect email format or incomplete materials will be regarded as unsuccessful registration).
(3) On-site confirmation
Candidates who meet the post requirements of the college after preliminary examination by the employing department shall be confirmed by the college organization or the employing department on the spot. According to the registration situation and the degree affected by the epidemic, the time and method of on-site confirmation will be notified separately. Candidates who have not passed the preliminary screening will not be notified.

(4) recruitment tests
The way of recruitment examination is interview, which mainly examines the professional study and basic quality of candidates. Interview results 100, including trial lecture and defense. Lecture time 15 minutes, with a score of 80 points; The defense time is 5 minutes, and the score is 20 points. Pass the interview with a minimum score of 60 points, and those who fail to reach the qualified score line will be eliminated directly.
Candidates need to undergo psychological evaluation. Candidates who fail the psychological assessment will be disqualified.
The same batch of applicants who have passed the psychological assessment are sorted according to the interview results from high to low. If tied together, those with high test scores will enter the inspection and physical examination. If the results are still the same, try again, which is a trial, and those with high test scores will enter the inspection and physical examination.
(5) Inspection and physical examination
Those who pass the inspection and physical examination will be hired according to the ratio of1:1. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Standards and Methods for Physical Examination of Teachers in Shanxi Province (Revised).
During the whole registration and examination process, if it is found that the registration information and related materials provided by candidates are untrue, incomplete or wrong, or do not meet the qualifications required for the positions to be employed, their qualifications will be cancelled.
(6) Handling employment procedures.
After the expiration of the publicity period, the college will handle the relevant entry procedures for the candidates to be hired.
