1 Introduction

The aim is to achieve long-term success by satisfying customers and benefiting the social aspects of owners, employees, suppliers, partners or organizations. Ford Motor Company of the United States has a set of very strict quality management norms suitable for its own practice. Not only to formulate quality standards, but also to seriously organize their implementation and strictly enforce them. In order to ensure and evaluate the implementation of quality standards, internal quality audits should be conducted twice a year, and corrective measures should be formulated in time for problems found in the audits, and rectification should be made within a time limit, and strict inspection and control should be carried out.

2 Workshop quality management stage

According to the development stage of quality management, the comprehensive application of quality management stage in workshop, namely quality inspection stage, statistical quality management stage and total quality management stage, is evaluated. In addition, there are many stages of total quality management, and a good framework should be established. By collecting and sorting out data, take corresponding corrective measures for differences or anomalies to control the process state and ensure the product quality. But in the process of implementation, it has not achieved good results, and it involves all fields of quality management. The level of understanding of quality management is also uneven, which leads to the excessive application of mathematical statistics methods and ignores the management work and people's subjective and dynamic role. 3 Workshop Quality Management Details

In the stage of workshop quality management, we should take corresponding measures to improve people's management level and subjective initiative, and improve the management level of processing quality. The following will also explain in detail how to achieve the purpose of system promotion.

3. 1 From single problem solving to system upgrading.

Now the workshop is at the end of solving a single problem, and the speed and ability of people in all regions to solve problems have been significantly improved, and the problems have been solved quickly and thoroughly. Moreover, when there are no problems, the focus of the work is to solve the problems of intractable diseases, and when the problems cannot be solved in a short time, the regional personnel seem to have nothing to do. 3.2 Comprehensive application of quality system

At present, the degree to which the quality system is integrated into the workshop is manifested in the implementation of three-level documents and the establishment of four-level documents. First of all, for level 3 documents? Its content can't completely cover all the details? It is these details that lead to many problems in the implementation of the workshop three-level document, which leads to the failure of implementation. The executor will implement the contents that are not clearly stipulated in the document according to his own understanding and convenience. In addition, the quality system is entangled in a single problem in the internal audit of machining, and it is impossible to find the problem from the system or the root cause. In the process of feedback, it is only superficial. In this way, the person who caused the problem and needed to be rectified only formulated rectification measures for a single problem. Due to inexperience and incomplete understanding of the site situation, people in the system will also be unable to find out the problems during the audit process, thus failing to convince those who meet the audit requirements, and the rectification personnel who audit the problems can't draw inferences when rectifying the problems, which leads to the discovery of the same similar problems in the re-audit process, which makes the audit round after round, and the rectification round after round, but it will not be obvious. Secondly, for the level 4 document, it can be said that it has not been established in the workshop, which means that there is no level 4 document. In view of these two situations, the following rectification measures are put forward:

(1) quality system audit. For the quality system audit, we must first make clear the purpose of the audit. At present, the main content of workshop audit is internal quality audit, the purpose of which is to evaluate the implementation of quality specifications in the workshop and ensure that quality specifications are truly implemented in the workshop. This goal needs to go deep into the hearts of every employee in the machining workshop, not just the employees who have been audited by quality. Secondly, it is necessary to clarify the contents of the audit. At present, the quality system is generally superficial in the audit, without in-depth investigation and study, that is, it stays in the existing three-level documents. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the audit methods and requirements, and auditors must be clear that in the audit process, we should find the system or root cause, not just the superficial phenomenon.

(2) the establishment of the fourth level document of the quality system. At present, the third-level document of the factory has matured and been established, while the fourth-level document is still in its infancy. Therefore, it is still necessary to take the quality system as the leading factor, and establish its own inherent four-level documents in the workshop, maintenance workshop, fixture management and laboratory related to the workshop, and they must be strictly implemented.

(3) Application of quality research and QC group activities. Theoretically, QC group activities and quality research are powerful tools to solve some intractable diseases. Therefore, if the application is in place, it can largely solve some problems that have long plagued the quality of the production line. At present, the activities of the engine factory team and the key issue of quality are only in the stage of writing materials, which is a long process, and the planned completion time on the registration form is just a decoration. At present, the machining workshop is only in the final stage of solving a single problem, and the activities of QC group and quality research are just suitable for solving this problem. Therefore, we should make full use of this tool to completely solve the problem.

4 conclusion

Based on the long-term observation and positive thinking on the present situation of quality management in this factory, the author summarizes the quality management methods and puts forward some suggestions to improve the process quality control ability of the workshop and achieve the purpose of quality improvement.
