How many Soviet troops were awarded the title of Guards?
"Army", "Legion" and "Legion" all have specific meanings in the Soviet language. From the compilation point of view:

"Troops"-refers to regiments, independent battalions and other units, sometimes including naval vessels.

"Legion"-refers to the army, sub-fleet, division, brigade, etc.

"Legion"-refers to the army, army group, fleet and army group, regional fleet, etc.

Therefore, the landlord's problem is that "the Soviet army, corps and legion awarded the title of Guards".

According to the Chinese version of the Encyclopedia of Soviet Military Affairs, "As of May 9 1945, the Soviet armed forces were awarded the title of Guards: 1 65,438+0, the combined army of various services and arms and six tanks,1mechanized cavalry cluster, 40 infantry troops and 7 cavalry troops,/kloc. 14 aviation corps and 165438 17 cavalry division, 6 artillery divisions, 53 aviation divisions, 6 antiaircraft artillery divisions, 7 rocket launchers divisions, 13 motorized infantry regiments, 3 airborne infantry regiments, 66 tank regiments, 28 mechanized regiments, and 66 tank regiments.

However, please note that this figure is the statistical data as of the Victory Day (1May 9, 945), and the changes such as the reorganization and merger of the fighting collectives who won the title of "Guards" in the war are quite complicated, and the overall number is far more than this figure. For example:

13 guards were formed successively, in which 1 was merged and 1 was renamed, and finally 1 1 was formed.

Six group armies of guards tanks were formed successively, of which 1 was suspended, and finally six were formed.

There were three motorized infantry divisions of the Guards, all of which were later changed into infantry divisions, and none of them were left behind.

In addition, for some reason, the Soviet military encyclopedia only mentioned "18 combat vessels". In fact, the number of 18 ships is limited to surface ships, and 16 submarines have also been awarded the title of "Guards". During the Great Patriotic War, 34 guards!
