Jinggangshan is the cradle of China revolution, and Jinggangshan revolutionary base is the first rural revolutionary base in China. When our vehicles drove into Jinggangshan, a land full of revolutionary flavor, the dense forests in front of us were high, ravines were criss-crossed, and the terrain was steep, which made people stay in it and was magnificent.

After arriving at our destination, our first stop was to experience the Battle of Huang Yangjie. The Battle of Huang Yangjie was a bitter battle fought by the Fourth Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army to defend the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base during the Second Revolutionary Civil War. Huang Yangjie has steep cliffs and rugged mountain roads. Chairman Mao once expressed the feeling that "you don't have to see dangerous places after Huang Yangjie". Our revolutionary predecessors, under the attack of the enemy on this steep mountain road, fought bloody battles on foot, carrying pole, and opened up the road to revolutionary victory.

The next time, we came to Ciping, which used to be the political, economic and cultural center of Jinggangshan City. It is the most concentrated place in jinggang mountains revolutionary sites, leaving many revolutionary sites here. We mainly visited the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum. In Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum, a huge panorama shows the whole battle development process of Chinese revolutionary army of workers and peasants from September 1927 to June 1930. Looking at the panoramic painting, we seem to be in the painting, and we have personally experienced how Jinggangshan, a steep and rugged land, developed into the greatest revolutionary base in the revolutionary history of China. Here, by feeling the simulated sculptures and portraits, we saw the bloody battles in the revolutionary struggle, the unyielding determination of our army, the extraordinary wisdom of the people, and the prosperity of the base areas step by step.

In just three days, we experienced the natural scenery of Jinggangshan, and more importantly, we experienced the "Jinggangshan Spirit" here. Doing things that predecessors have never done, taking the road that predecessors have never taken, seeking truth from facts, and daring to break new paths are the magic weapon for the "Jinggangshan spirit" to maintain its vitality forever, and it is an irrefutable truth that has been tested by practice. At present, under the background of the great reform of radio and television, the radio station, as a 65-year-old institution, requires that our human resources work must break the traditional thinking, emancipate our minds, update our concepts, fully learn from the successful experience of first-class enterprises and the innovative ideas of Internet companies, earnestly implement the development strategy and reality of radio stations, and lay a solid foundation for the new leap-forward development of radio stations.

According to the arrangement of the organization department of the district Committee, I was lucky enough to visit and study in Jinggangshan, relive the revolutionary history, cherish the memory of revolutionary martyrs and receive revolutionary traditional education. Stepping on the red land where the revolutionary martyrs fought, looking at the revolutionary sites that have gone through the storm but still have their elegant demeanor, and looking at a piece of unpretentious and precious revolutionary cultural relics, I was deeply moved and shocked by the Jinggangshan spirit. I deeply realized that the Jinggangshan spirit forged with life and blood is great and eternal. It will be passed down from generation to generation and has a long history, and will glow with new light under the new era conditions. As a town party secretary, the trip to Jinggangshan is of great significance to me. Based on my personal work practice, I would like to talk about the following enlightenment:

First, adhere to the spirit of hard struggle and strengthen the ideals and beliefs of life.

Hard struggle is a fine tradition gradually cultivated and established by our party in the Jinggangshan struggle. It is this spirit of hard struggle that enabled the Red Army under our leadership to defeat the enemy under the harsh conditions of lack of materials and the enemy being strong and we being weak. Now our working and living conditions are not what they used to be, but we can bear hardships, dare to bear hardships, and are not afraid of hardships; The spirit of hard struggle of being able to fight, daring to fight and being good at fighting is still a magic weapon for us to overcome difficulties, overcome adversity and maintain the advanced nature of * * *.

It is not difficult to keep a firm belief in a calm time, but the Jinggangshan struggle is the lowest tide of the China revolution. After Zhu Mao joined forces, the total strength of the Red Army was only 1000. A firm belief is hard to talk about, and a firm belief is precious. In today's era of ideological pluralism, the positive factors and decadent ideas brought about by reform and opening up are mixed, and only a firm belief can be calm; Only with firm belief can we gain a firm foothold; Only with firm faith can we go forward bravely. This red study tour in Jinggangshan has gained a lot and I feel a lot. Through on-site teaching, thematic teaching, audio-visual teaching and interview teaching, we realized the great spirit of Jinggangshan, a revolutionary base. The hardships of Jinggangshan revolutionary road

We held a wreath laying and swearing-in ceremony in Jinggangshan Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery. The Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery was built to commemorate the great achievements of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries in establishing the Jinggangshan revolutionary base and to carry forward the Jinggangshan spirit. I know that every inch of land under my feet is paved by countless revolutionary martyrs with blood and life. I look at the rich spiritual wealth left by revolutionary predecessors with admiration and admiration. No matter in a series of photos of ancestors hanging in the memorial hall or in the forest of steles, ancestors left praises to their predecessors, affirmed the historical position of Jinggangshan spirit in China, and made me deeply realize that the revolutionary process of China people in Jinggangshan was vigorous at that time. Looking up at the Monument to the Revolutionary Martyrs in Jinggangshan, the heroes of Jinggangshan emerge in my mind. They threw their heads and shed their blood, silently singing tragic international songs on Jinggangshan. Yuan and Wang welcomed the Red Army up the mountain and made great achievements on the battlefield, but they were killed by mistake in Yongxin. Xiaoke, who did not hesitate to change his name to be a revolution, also gave a family of five fresh lives; Zhang Ziqing, as a teacher, left all the salt for him to eat and wash the wound when treating his leg injury, and distributed it to other wounded people, and finally died of infection; Fan Jiaju, who insisted on fighting in the last days of Jinggangshan, was unfortunately arrested at last. He deeply realized the generosity of the ancestors who fought for the revolutionary cause in China, and their personality and morality were as formidable and admirable as Jinggangshan in front of them.

Reminds me of Jinggangshan spirit: firm belief, hard work, seeking truth from facts, daring to break new paths, relying on the masses and daring to win. Every word hits the floor like a star in the dark, guiding the way forward. Jinggangshan spirit is the fine tradition of the Party, the tempering and sublimation of the Chinese national spirit in the revolutionary struggle, the spiritual wealth forged by countless revolutionary martyrs with blood and life, and the source of China's revolutionary spirit. Looking back at the history of these revolutionary struggles, we have all been baptized, our emotions have been shaken and our party spirit has been tempered.

Double touch history

When we trace back to a grain-picking trail in Zhu Mao, a strong sense of history arises spontaneously. The figures of Chairman Mao, Mr. Zhu and the grain pickers in those days seem to be still dancing here, as if seeing their unshakable hopes and beliefs about the birth of new China, and the running figure seems to be in front of us, and the solid footprints seem to be embedded in this narrow path, guiding our direction. We can't help but sigh that it was difficult to start a business in those years, and now the time is good. Walking through the forest and stepping on the road of collecting food again, I can't help but feel the importance of firm will. Today, with the gradual improvement of material conditions, this quality is even more precious. Pay tribute to history, pay tribute to the brilliant sweat in history! Scientific research is also a difficult rising process. Only by strengthening the ideal of life, overcoming difficulties and exploring hard can we realize the dream of strengthening the country through science and technology.
