Taking "harmony" as the theme, this paper expounds how a qualified middle school student cadre should take "harmony" as the criterion, standardize his words and deeds, complete his work efficiently and improve his quality from four aspects: getting along with teachers, communicating with classmates, cooperating with cadres and developing himself.
