First, theoretical lectures are given every month, then accidents are predicted according to the actual equipment, and finally technical questions or technical examinations are conducted. Through these four links, employees have deepened their understanding of the operating equipment of this station and improved their ability to deal with problems to some extent.

We started from a benchmark at the entrance of the first district of life, turned counterclockwise, and then fell back to the entrance of the first district of life. We have recited the four steps of rough leveling, aiming, precise leveling and reading, and we also have some experience in selecting points, setting instruments and setting scales.
On the third day, we conducted traverse survey in the survey area. Our investigation area is the teaching building from Dongyi to Dongsan in the new campus of Fuzhou University. The survey area is not very large, but there are many survey points. The spreading point is very important in traverse survey, and the quality of the spreading point determines the measurement speed. Because we didn't choose some points very well, our group compared them and finished them. After three days' measurement, we have completed the traverse survey. In the survey, we have mastered the use of theodolite, which can well center, level, aim, read and record. In the next week, we will do step survey and topographic map drawing.
After the measurement, I also learned to process data and improved my data processing ability. Of course, drawing is also very important in this measurement. Hand-drawn and CAD drawings make me feel very rewarding.
This internship didn't go well, but I learned more. For example, on the first day, we were very happy after the first leveling, but when we took it back to calculate its closure difference, we never expected that our closure difference was 124 mm, which was mostly because we were not serious enough. After this internship, I realized that we must be very careful in engineering and not make any mistakes. A small mistake in the project can lead to serious consequences. Only when we are careful can we be foolproof.
In addition, through the real strength of the internship team, teamwork is very important in this measurement, and everyone's behavior is directly related to team work. Only when everyone cooperates with the team to complete various tasks can the final task be completed. Such as measurement, recording, ruler, etc., are all closely coordinated.

The first half of 20xx is worth celebrating. The first residential project I started to participate in (Building c5#, the high-rise building of Weihai Wenping Harmonious Home) has been completed. At the same time, I also learned some construction procedures, including some detailed structures of drawings, some detailed practices stipulated by the company, and the arrangement of technical data.
