In my spare time, I meditate, reminisce about history and reflect on my teaching experience in the past ten years, especially in recent years. I have been asking myself repeatedly: How many years have the new curriculum reform been implemented? What qualities do Chinese teachers in senior high schools need? Comrade Deng Xiaoping once pointed out: "Whether a school can train qualified talents for socialist construction and whether it can train educated workers with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique and socialist consciousness depends on teachers." Chinese Curriculum Standard for Full-time Compulsory Education puts forward newer and more important requirements for Chinese teachers: "Chinese curriculum should be devoted to the formation and development of students' Chinese literacy. Chinese literacy is the basis for students to learn other courses well, and it is also the basis for students' all-round development and lifelong development. " Personally, I think Chinese teachers should have knowledge, skills, ethics and aesthetics, take the road of self-innovation and go professional in practice and reflection. (1) Strong moral quality The process of Chinese teaching is first of all a process of enlightening and influencing people's thoughts. Mr. Ye Shengtao has long said that the whole job of a teacher is to be a teacher. The educational charm of an excellent teacher first comes from his demonstration of being a man. If the teacher's ideological level is not high, it is difficult to sow the seeds of example in the students' hearts. If a Chinese teacher does not have a strong ideological and moral quality, how can he educate high-quality students? How can we complete the task of teaching students to "learn to be a man" as required by quality education? Therefore, Chinese teachers should be strict with themselves psychologically and ideologically at ordinary times to make themselves morally noble. No matter what the conditions and environment are, we should love our jobs, consciously cultivate noble sentiments, not complain about others, not be discouraged, and form a warm, cheerful, honest, optimistic, gentle, open-minded and self-cultivated personality, which will have an impact on students and lay the foundation for the formation of students' good ideological and moral character. (2) Rich knowledge literacy Modern Chinese education puts forward higher requirements for teachers' knowledge literacy. On the one hand, it requires Chinese teachers to update their knowledge concepts and establish knowledge consciousness in line with the spirit of the times; On the other hand, Chinese teachers are required to optimize their own knowledge structure, break through the traditional model of "subject knowledge+pedagogy knowledge" and establish a multi-layer compound and constantly updated knowledge system with ontology knowledge, conditional knowledge and practical knowledge supporting each other. Chinese teachers should have academic knowledge, which is the basic level of teachers' knowledge structure and the most basic teachers' literacy. The first is to optimize language, articles and literary knowledge, including language, article reading and writing, literary appreciation and criticism, literary creation, literary theory knowledge, the development of Chinese and Western literature and the development of mother tongue education at home and abroad. (3) Excellent humanistic quality Chinese subject is a high degree of unity and organic integration of instrumentality and ideology, instrumentality and humanism, and the unity of literature and Taoism. The ability of educational expression is the educational accomplishment that Chinese teachers must strengthen and the most important basic skill. Teachers' language expression in class largely determines the efficiency of students' mental work in class. A high level of language literacy is an important condition for rational use of time. Expression includes three aspects: oral expression, written expression and body language expression. Learn to communicate. Educational exchange is an activity that teachers have to face every day in modern subject education. Educational communication is helpful to improve the effectiveness of education and advocate democratic and equal interpersonal relationships. Learn to manage. Management refers to the planning, organization, command, coordination and control of educational activities in China. Master the art of classroom management. To some extent, Chinese means that the art of language should be expressive, standardized, fluent and humorous. In the classroom of beauty, we should grasp the art of introducing classroom rhythm and guide the classroom to complete and induce the image of beauty. The image of Chinese teachers should participate in the educational process and become a realistic educational force. Influenced by teachers' elegant character and literature, their reading aesthetic tendency will affect students' reading interest in many ways. Second, ways and means to improve the quality of Chinese teachers There are many ways and means to improve the quality of Chinese teachers, such as strengthening the cultivation of teachers' morality and improving the level of professional ethics; Renew ideas and establish modern educational ideas; Create a relaxed and harmonious environment and so on. In any case, the author believes that to improve the quality of Chinese teachers in middle schools, we must always grasp the "three more". Read widely. The new curriculum standard advocates cultivating students' extensive reading interest, and our teachers should first consciously devote themselves to active reading activities. Teachers need to expand the reading range from in-class reading to out-of-class reading, so as to continuously improve the reading quality. For example, the new curriculum standard lists the recommended bibliography for students' extracurricular reading. As a Chinese teacher, I haven't read it myself. How can I guide my students? Why use your own actions to influence students? We should establish the concept of lifelong reading, consciously read more books, enrich our reading accumulation, improve our reading quality, and realize the continuous improvement of our humanistic thought, spirit and quality. What should Chinese teachers read? I think: first, read the book of life wisdom; Reference books; Educational essays and educational stories; Literary masterpieces; Famous periodicals, etc. ; The second is to read pictures and the Internet, such as watching TV programs such as news surveys, focus interviews, legal reports and college students' debates. Teachers should record the success or failure of each class and seek truth from facts. Save these first-hand data for analysis.
