Submission of periodicals
Send the manuscript to the editorial department or publishing house of the newspaper.

Submission is the act that the author submits unpublished works with copyright to newspapers, magazines, radio stations, television stations or publishing houses in the hope of being adopted. As far as the author and the media publishing department are concerned, submission is undoubtedly the premise of the contractual legal relationship. From the perspective of contract law, the submitted civil act should belong to "invitation to offer" rather than "offer". In order to form the final legal relationship, it is necessary to meet the requirements of obedience → willingness to accept → compliance with prior agreement.

In the end, the formation of legal habits still needs to meet the requirements of obedience → willingness to accept → respect for prior agreements. First of all, there should be a good title that can impress editors and readers, as well as a brief introduction of content, author's brief introduction, catalogue, proofs and market research views. If we can invite a famous writer to write a book review, we will be more sure to publish this book.

From the discovery of bulletin board function to the separation of blog, e-commerce, Wikipedia, Witkey and search engine, in 2007, we gradually realized that the Internet is developing in a highly similar direction to the human brain structure.

Include Internet virtual neuron, motor system, visual system, central nervous system, memory system and sensory system. Moreover, the evolution of the Internet will also have an important impact on neurological research.

Since 2007, we have written nearly five papers on this discovery and submitted them to several scientific journals.

Although our research results were officially published in ISKSS journal in June 5438+February 2007, Internet Weekly in March 2008, online scientific papers in September 2008 and Ergonomics in March 2009, the papers also experienced many failures in rejection. I am still very grateful to the editors and reviewers of various journals for their work, which made me see the shortcomings of my work. Their suggestions also played an important role in the continuous improvement of the paper.

1。 In March, 2008, The Evolution of Internet from the Structural Mechanism of Human Brain was published in China Science Journal. The submission of Science Bulletin was rejected because it did not meet the requirements of periodical content.

2。 In May, 2008, the English version of "Evolution of the Internet from the Structural Mechanism of the Human Brain" was refused to contribute to the journal Nature Neurology, because it did not meet the requirements of the journal content, and it was suggested to contribute to other journals.

3。 In August, 2008, the English version of The Evolution of Internet from the Structural Mechanism of Human Brain was rejected by ACM \u\u Computer Science Bulletin of American Computer Association. One reason is that the English version is poor, and the other reason is that commentators disagree with the general view that the Internet has evolved into a virtual brain. It is suggested that scientists with natural evolution should discuss it more.

4。 From June 5438 to October 2008 10, the contribution to China Science Journal F: Information Science was rejected because it was innovative, but it did not conform to the content style of the journal. It is suggested to contribute to other journals.

5。 From June 5438 to October 2008 10, The Contribution of Seven Laws of Internet Evolution to Computer R&D was rejected because it did not conform to the content style of the journal.

6。 From June 5438 to October 2008 10, the submission of Seven Laws of Internet Evolution to Software magazine was rejected because it was inconsistent with the scope and purpose of the magazine, and it was suggested to switch to other magazines.

7。 On June 5438+065438+ 10, 2008, the submission of Seven Laws of Internet Evolution to the Journal of Intelligent Systems was rejected because of the failure of peer review.

The core viewpoints of Internet evolution theory and Internet virtual brain are:

1。 The Internet is not only a collection of millions of networks and servers, but also an interconnected network of human brains and machines.

2。 The Internet is forming an Internet virtual brain, which is highly similar to the human brain.

3。 There are also "neurons, visual system, auditory system, sensory system, motor system, memory system, cerebral cortex, central nervous system, nerve fibers, autonomic nervous system" and so on.

4。 The function of human brain will form brain mapping in the Internet, forming Internet neurons.

5。 "Internet neurons" will have relations with various systems or other neurons through Internet nerve fibers.

6。 The evolutionary structure of the Internet will have an enlightening influence on the research of human neurology. By comparing the structure of the Internet, neuroscientists may find that there are also address coding systems and search engine systems in the human brain. 1. According to the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), all works, whether published or not, belong to the author.

2. All contributing journals and their related cooperative institutions (including websites, publications, mobile networks, etc.). ) have the right to use. Virtual submission on the Internet: publishing and transmitting information such as posts and articles on the Internet to achieve * * * enjoyment.
