Third, the handling process

1. Fill in the application materials. Both the applicant and the employer are registered on the website of "Blue Wisdom Valley". After I fill in the relevant personal information, I will print the Ningbo Talent Identification Application Form, and prepare the original paper version, copy and scanned electronic version of the relevant certification materials (the electronic version is made into a PDF document by scanning the original or taking electronic photos).

2. Apply for review.

(1) The employer shall review and confirm the information of the candidates. After the unit has no objection to the publicity (the publicity period is 5 working days), it shall affix the official seal of the unit, together with relevant supporting materials, declare the identification of talent classification, and log in to the "Blue Wisdom Valley" website to fill in the applicant's information review opinions. Municipal units, provincial units in Ningbo talent classification identification application materials by the city's high-level talent innovation service alliance window (hereinafter referred to as the city service window) accepted; The application for talent classification of units affiliated to counties (cities) and development zones shall be accepted by the general window of local high-level talent innovation service alliance (hereinafter referred to as the general window of county (city) district service). With the approval of the local community department, the county (city) district service general window will be sorted and summarized, submitted to the municipal service general window, and then issued to the relevant functional departments of Ningbo for review according to the talent category.

(2) The relevant functional departments at the municipal level shall review the relevant information of the applicant and determine the talent category.

3. Approval of talent categories. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau approves the applicant's talent category. After the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau publicizes without objection (the publicity period is 5 working days), the municipal service window gives feedback to the applicant's unit (where the county (city) district service window is located) and provides inquiries to the society. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall, jointly with the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee (the Municipal Party Committee Talent Office) and relevant competent departments, examine and identify the work that is equivalent to the above-mentioned talents in the classification standard.

4. The identification of maker talents shall be approved by the applicant's unit and submitted to the Municipal Creative Space or the local human resources and social security department, accepted by the municipal service general window, and directly identified by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.

5. Basic talents are not specifically identified.

6. Non-governmental talents are identified according to the selection method of "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" for non-governmental talents.

Seven. Management mechanism

Talent classification is accepted by the district talent comprehensive service center, the first instance of the municipal service window, the audit of the relevant municipal departments, and the approval of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
