Things can come one by one, so you can make corresponding plans for defense and internship, arrange the time in general, and communicate well with the internship unit. At present, many internship units will understand the situation of college students' thesis defense and graduation, so there will be solutions.
In a word, don't be too stressed. Proper pressure can encourage people to study, but too much pressure will have a negative effect. Of course, as long as you survive the defense, you can concentrate on working in the internship unit. In fact, it is a busy time, but the experience that national defense and work can bring us is valuable, and the effort will definitely be rewarded.
