Select any cell in the table, Data-Delete duplicates;

Select the relevant options, as shown below. Check columns C, D and E to indicate that the first three columns are the same, that is, delete them;

After confirmation, you will see that the duplicates have been deleted, and only the non-duplicates will be kept.
