Etiology and pathogenesis of stroke
There are many causes of this disease, and most of them are caused by internal factors in clinic. The occurrence of stroke can be summarized into six aspects: deficiency (yin deficiency and qi deficiency), fire (liver fire and heart fire), wind (liver wind and external wind), phlegm (wind phlegm and wet phlegm), qi (adverse qi) and blood stasis.
1. Depression and anger
Too much ambition, too much heart fire, will lead to internal wind, leading to stroke. Clinically, rage hurts the liver. Because of anger, the liver yang suddenly rises, and both qi and fire float, and forced upwelling is bound to occur. As for worry, sadness and fear, and emotional tension are all causes of this disease.
2. Bad diet
Excessive intake of fatty alcohol, loss of spleen health, accumulation of wet phlegm, excessive phlegm and blood stasis, liver wind and phlegm disturbance can all cause diseases, especially alcoholism.
Step 3 overwork
"Su Wen? Anger to heaven "said:? Yang-ti, is Zhang in trouble? That is to say, people's yang, if there are too many disturbances, the excitement will not converge. This disease can also be caused by excessive exercise, loss of body and mind, resulting in dark consumption of yin and blood and insufficient yang wind. What's more, indulgence is also the cause of water shortage in the lower body and fire in the upper body.
4. Climate change
The disease can occur all year round, but it is related to the change of seasonal solar terms. It suddenly gets cold in winter, and the invasion of cold evil will affect the circulation of blood vessels. Like "Su Wen? Regulating menstruation? If the cold is left alone, the blood will coagulate, and if it coagulates, the pulse will be blocked. . Secondly, when the weather suddenly warms up in early spring, Jueyin and Feng Mu ordered it to be applied to the liver, and the wind and yang moved secretly, which could also lead to the occurrence of this disease.
5. Blood stasis
The formation of blood stasis is mostly due to the poor circulation of qi and blood, the weakness of qi and blood circulation, or the accumulation of blood in the body due to anger, or the stagnation due to cold, or the consumption of blood and congestion due to heat and yin injury. The pathogenesis of this disease is mostly blood accumulation due to anger or qi deficiency and blood stasis.
Clinical manifestations of stroke
According to the severity of the disease and the depth of the disease location, stroke can be divided into meridians or viscera according to the classification method in synopsis of the golden chamber. Generally, there is no change of consciousness, which is manifested as sudden unconsciousness of mouth and eyes. Symptoms such as crooked, poor language and hemiplegia all belong to the meridians in stroke. Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into hyperactivity of liver yang and disturbance of wind and fire. According to the meridian differentiation method in the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine, which was formulated and issued by the Ministry of Health 1993. Syndrome of wind-phlegm stasis and arthralgia blocking vein; Syndrome of phlegm-heat in fu-organs and wind-phlegm disturbance; Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; Five types, such as yin deficiency and wind-driven syndrome. For the clinical manifestations of the five types, see the syndromes in Treating Different Syndrome Types by Syndrome Differentiation.
