Due to the accuracy and completeness of the basic data, we have achieved good results in this year's "three-in-one" system certification review. In July, all employees were trained in the post responsibility system and the operator's knowledge of safety in production, and the employees of the branch factory were re-appointed and assigned responsibilities, which were implemented personally. For each post, employees are required to be familiar with post risks and corresponding preventive measures, which improves employees' risk awareness and ability to prevent hazards. At the same time, according to the specific situation of the branch factory, the assessment methods of the branch factory and the team are formulated, but in the specific implementation process, the team still has shortcomings, and I will strengthen this work in the future.

In the work, in addition to doing a good job in the basic information of the hse three-in-one system, we also constantly increase the daily safety inspection, and gradually investigate the illegal acts and potential safety hazards of the branch factory. In the work, the hse leading group of the branch factory is reasonably deployed. Due to objective reasons such as equipment aging and implementation, it has brought certain difficulties to the on-site management of the branch factory. In the routine hse inspection tour, due to the heavy production task of the branch this year, the working space of the production site is narrow and the production site is chaotic, and the items on the site of individual production teams are not standardized, occupying a safe passage. In terms of production site management, I started from the big point and started from the small point, standardized the site in strict accordance with the "6s" management requirements, rationally planned the placement position of items with excellent performance management mode, classified solid waste items, and combined with the actual situation of the branch factory, made efforts to make the work site clean and standardized.

Looking back on one year's work, due to the deployment of the leaders of the hse operation department of the general factory, the hse work of the branch factory has not been relaxed, ensuring the realization of the accident-free goal of safe production in the branch factory throughout the year. However, due to objective reasons such as obsolete factory buildings and narrow workplaces, many omissions and problems in hse work have been found through various hse studies and inspections organized by the General Factory this year, which shows that there is still a big gap between my work and hse requirements.
