I. Purpose and significance of the study

E-commerce has become a hot spot of global economic development, and online shopping, as a brand-new consumption mode, has attracted much attention. As a part of it, online bookstores have also developed rapidly.

The purpose of this graduation project is to establish a dynamic and interactive online book purchasing website [1]. Generally speaking, we can "move" traditional shops home directly, and use the Internet to directly buy the goods we need or enjoy the services we need. Professionally speaking, it is the b2c model of the whole transaction process, such as negotiation, contract signing, loan payment and delivery notice. Technologized by Internet, network and shopping interface. Realize information flow, capital flow and logistics of e-commerce.

Online shopping has transcended the limitations of time and space and brought extraordinary changes to the field of commercial circulation. The real beneficiaries of online shopping are consumers. The online bookstore has the advantages of favorable price, saving time on the road, convenient search, shopping around, low information transmission cost, intuitive interface, large amount of information and faster update. Buy the books you want across regions, but you can't buy them in bookstores around you! Secondly, for merchants, online sales have no inventory pressure, low operating costs, wide marketing network, no geographical restrictions, fast and effective information customer service, which can obtain user data that is difficult to obtain in traditional shopping for analysis and tap deeper user value and loyalty. Third, for the whole market economy, this new shopping model can realize resource allocation in a wider range, at a higher level and with higher efficiency.

Second, the research status at home and abroad

Online bookstores in China started late and the number is small. The earliest online bookstore was China Bookstore, which was established in 1995. It was not until 1997 that Xinhua Bookstore established an online bookstore. Secondly, the starting point is low and there are few modes. In 2000, the top five online bookstores with comprehensive competitiveness were Dangdang Online Bookstore, China Book Search Network, Shanghai Bookstore Online Bookstore, Boku Online Bookstore and National Book Purchase Network. Third, the distribution is extremely uneven. Online bookstores are basically concentrated in areas centered on Beijing, as well as areas centered on Shanghai and areas centered on Guangdong.

Current situation abroad:

Foreign online bookstores are mainly distributed in countries and regions with relatively developed economy and technology, such as Europe and America. Start early, large scale, rapid development, large quantity, etc. Among them, there were more than 1000 online bookstores abroad in the late 1990s. Amazon, the world's largest online bookstore, provides readers with a convenient and comfortable online shopping environment, a rich variety of books (up to 3,654.38+million), favorable prices (discount rate from 20% to 50%), perfect financial settlement system and efficient delivery service, realizing zero inventory operation. Since the first book 1995 was sold in July, the total sales of Amazon Bookstore has soared, reaching1480,000 US dollars in 1997, 9.3 times that of 1996, and 1998 soared to 540 million US dollars, with an increase of 340 million US dollars. Third, the content of the study

The website provides foreground and background services. The front desk faces the whole shopping process of customers, and the background system aims at the system administrator, which mainly realizes the maintenance of website information.

I am mainly responsible for realizing the functions of book registration, multi-condition query and fuzzy query, book purchase, user ordering, order generation, bookshelf collection, bulletin board setting, user information management and feedback. The main interface includes the setting and processing of website homepage, new product shelves, leaderboards, special books, recommended books interface and user service interface functions. On this basis, the reliability and security advantages of asp and ado technology in constructing online book purchasing management system are analyzed [4].

Fourth, the graduation design schedule

This system hopes to manage the purchase, storage and sales of bookstores by means of electronic information, so as to reduce the cost of manpower and equipment, improve the service ability, improve the management information service and improve the utilization rate of employees [5].

Functions: book information management, book browsing and retrieval, member information management, shopping cart management, order management.

Security requirements: all books in the bookstore can be consulted by users at any time; User's personal information can be modified and added by the user himself; The information of bookstore books can only be added and modified by bookstore administrators; All registered user information can only be inquired by bookstore managers to protect user information and realize safe and secure transactions.
