Practice experience of front desk clerk 20 19
The internship life makes people feel very full and satisfied, and occasionally a little tired, but it is undeniable that I have learned a lot and grown a lot.

When I first started my internship, I didn't really want to be a receptionist. I thought I couldn't learn anything and it didn't help me, but I didn't know there was anything to learn until I really set foot on my job. First of all, some etiquette norms, how to overcome my nervousness in the face of strangers and how to establish a relationship with strangers, all make me puzzled. I can only say that practice makes perfect, and only by accumulating work experience can I make my ability stronger. Then there are some trivial things, how to do it with one heart and one mind, and how to do the work at hand quickly before entering the door.

After working for a little time, although I still can't reach the same level as my predecessors, I have made great progress compared with the way I looked around when I first came in, especially being able to arrange my working hours reasonably and go to work on time.

My biggest change here is to make me more careful in my life, no longer careless and forgetful, and develop good living and working habits. Because at work, what the front desk still needs to do is to check the attendance of each employee, make a one-month attendance sheet, register the customers received every day and so on. These tasks require patience and calmness, as well as careful comparison of each transaction. If you can't make mistakes, you can only be careful, careful and careful again, otherwise it will be a serious punishment.

At work, I also gradually explored ways to get along with my colleagues. In some places, I have to stick to principles and know how to refuse, but when it comes to personal care, I still have to be enthusiastic. During this time, I was afraid that I would say something wrong and do something wrong, and I lived in fear. I also kept silent on this topic among my colleagues, but they didn't say anything about me, just took care of me and let me integrate into the company. I become more confident and have more teachers to consult. No matter what knowledge I have, I can get a reasonable answer, which makes me very happy

I have been working hard since my internship, but I think it is worthwhile. Such efforts and efforts are worthwhile. This internship made me understand that people still have to grow up in practice in order to have more experiences.
