When I visit rural Japan, I often think of Fujian, where there are endless mountains and long coastlines. Sometimes I tell students that Fujian is very similar to Japan. They shook their heads desperately, and I was helpless. It's really like a geographical landscape, but the difference is over-construction and the disappearance of villages.

Another feeling is that Fujian's road network construction is getting better and better. Since the reform and opening up, the slogan "to get rich, build roads first" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Road networks are everywhere, and large-scale construction is under way on both sides of the road. The later opening of the expressway will quickly take people from one place to another. However, whether it is the expressway or the early highways at all levels, there are square boxes with spicy eyes all the way, and there is no scenery at all.

There is a very famous romantic road in Germany, which I visited many years ago. Later, I learned that Japan also has a romantic road. This 320-kilometer-long route connects famous towns, hot springs, villages, natural and historical landscapes in Tochigi, Gunma and Nagano counties, for example, the sun shines in the east, the ghost woman shines, Zhu Xiao Huaigu Garden and Yujing.

These landscapes are not connected by highways, but by national highways, provincial highways and interval roads built in the early days.
