According to relevant laws and regulations, writing papers on behalf of others is considered as academic misconduct and fraud. The Measures for Handling Dissertation Fraud clearly stipulates that social intermediary organizations, internet sites and individuals involved in the sale and writing of dissertations will be investigated and dealt with by relevant competent departments according to law. This behavior also violates the academic integrity requirements of most colleges and universities, leading to serious consequences, including but not limited to the cancellation of graduation qualifications, reduction or revocation of obtained degrees.
