(1) Publicly publishing a paper or work as the first author meets one of the following conditions:

1, published 1 valuable works or translations, and published 2 papers with high academic value in this major or similar major in provincial (ministerial) newspapers (excluding newspapers sponsored by this unit, the same below).

2, published in national newspapers and periodicals with a high academic level of the professional or similar professional papers 3.

3, published in the provincial (ministerial) level newspapers and periodicals with high academic value of this major or similar professional papers, and published in the national newspapers and periodicals more than 2000 words of books, newspapers, audio-visual and electronic publications review articles 2.

(two) to write business information related to this major, one of the following conditions shall be met:

1, 1 Review comments written to solve major problems of the manuscript.

2.2. Drafting documents or special technical reports to guide the professional work.

Four articles, including preface, postscript, preface, postscript and publication, were written for books and newspapers.

4. 1 handout to guide professional further study.
