General situation of Ningxia Musicians Association

The Association adheres to the Party's basic line, adheres to the direction that literature and art serve the people and socialism, implements the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom" and "letting a hundred schools of thought contend", unites and organizes musicians in the region, and strives for the prosperity and development of the music industry in our region and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in our region.

The second congress of the Music Association was held in Helanshan Hotel, Yinchuan City on May 29th, 2004, and 40 representatives attended the meeting. Pan Zhensheng was elected chairman of the Music Association; Ma Ruo is honorary chairman of the Music Association; , Daguohua, Cheng Guanghua, Liu and Fan Ershui are vice-chairmen; The secretary-general is Hu Ronghe.
