At present, China's safety production is facing great pressure of occupational hazards, and hundreds of thousands of dust-exposed workers are seriously endangered by pneumoconiosis in the coal industry alone. Therefore, according to the relevant functional requirements of the State Administration of Work Safety, the scientific and technical personnel and cadres and workers in our hospital consciously adhere to the purpose of serving the occupational hazards of coal mines and non-coal mines, and innovate the world-leading occupational disease technology of pneumoconiosis caused by productive dust in coal mines and non-coal mines. When evaluating the application value of this scientific and technological achievement, the national occupational hazard prevention scientist pointed out that the application of this technical method can really remove the dust particles in the lungs of workers exposed to productive dust and all kinds of harmful substances in the alveoli, effectively curb the escalation of pneumoconiosis, improve the life and quality of life of pneumoconiosis workers, and prolong their life span, thus playing a secondary preventive role in occupational hazards of pneumoconiosis. On the basis of this project, in 2003, the State Council approved the establishment of the China Coal Miners' Pneumoconiosis Treatment Foundation to help state-owned coal mining enterprises and some pneumoconiosis patients who are divorced from production units (mostly private mining), but at present, the government can not fully take care of them. Third, pay attention to strengthening the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in Industry-University-Research. Actively set up cooperation teams with relevant scientific research institutes (institutes), seize the opportunity, build a platform combining Industry-University-Research, and enhance the development potential. At present, our hospital has become the postgraduate training base of the Department of Prevention of North China Coal Medical College and the research and training base of the Institute of Occupational Health and Poisoning Control of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Finally, it was forced to transfer to private enterprises for tourism development, and a large number of medical staff and business backbones were lost.
