① The connection between the brake pedal and the brake master cylinder is loose.
② There is no liquid in the brake fluid storage room or there is a serious shortage of liquid.
(3) The brake pipe breaks and leaks oil.
④ The brake master cylinder cup is broken.
Troubleshooting of automobile braking fault
First, test the brake pedal, and check the related parts according to the feeling when stepping on the brake pedal.
If there is no connection between the brake pedal and the brake master cylinder, the connection between the brake pedal and the brake master cylinder is loose and should be checked and repaired.
If you feel light and slight resistance when stepping on the brake pedal, check whether the brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir is sufficient. If there is no liquid in the master cylinder reservoir or there is a serious shortage of liquid, brake fluid should be added at the designated position. If you still feel no resistance when you press the brake pedal again, check whether the brake hose or metal pipe from the brake master cylinder to the brake wheel cylinder is broken or leaks oil.
When you step on the brake pedal, although you feel some resistance, the pedal position can't be maintained and it sinks obviously. Check whether there is brake fluid leakage at the dust sleeve of the brake master cylinder.
If there is brake fluid leakage, the brake master cylinder cup is broken; If there is a lot of brake fluid on the edge of the wheel brake drum, check whether the brake wheel cylinder cup is crushed and badly worn.
