Case report is a common genre of medical papers and a descriptive research method in clinical epidemiological research. By recording and describing one or two vivid cases in detail, we hope to provide clinicians and medical researchers with first-hand clinical data that are close to clinical practice, vivid and direct from the aspects of disease manifestation, mechanism, diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, the case report should have the following three characteristics: (1) rare, especially the first discovery; (2) Abnormal course of disease; (three) innovative in diagnosis and treatment methods, and valuable in medical research.
