These words brilliantly discuss the extreme importance of teacher love in education from the relationship between teachers and students. The disabled students, the object of our education, are physically disabled for various reasons, which in turn leads to various psychological problems, resulting in different "psychological diseases" such as inferiority, willfulness, paranoia and hatred. Teachers' love for special education teachers is like a "lubricant", which can also be said to be a good medicine for students' incomplete personality. With it, teachers and students can have trust and closeness, and can better achieve the educational purpose of "loving their teachers and believing in their ways". 2. sense of responsibility. Responsibility is a heartfelt courage to face life. If a person has a sense of responsibility, then he will try to do everything perfectly. As a special education teacher, the sense of responsibility is more important, because our disabled students will always encounter many difficulties and problems in their life and study. And these problems are just a great test of our sense of responsibility. 3. Normal mentality. Doing special education also needs a normal mind. The more people we don't know, the more we have to work hard to let everyone know about special education. Two, the teaching level is the core of the quality of special education teachers. To win the trust of students, teachers must have extensive knowledge and keep updating it. In today's society, students get much more information through various channels than in school. If teachers stick to the original knowledge and don't pay attention to continuing learning and updating, they will certainly not gain the trust of students. 3. Good psychological quality is the guarantee for the success of special education teachers. A philosopher once said, "A teacher's personality is everything to an educator, and only a healthy mind can have healthy behavior." However, due to the long-term face of disabled students, the job burnout and anxiety of special education teachers are more prominent.
