Edit the text and references; Before the content to be referenced, select the number drop-down menu in the Start tab, and then select the custom number; Select a sequence template and customize the format to brackets; Finally, select Reference-Cross Reference, copy the reference item into the text box where the numbered item is applied, and then click Insert. 1. Write your own paper and add your own quotations.

2. Before the content to be referenced, select the number drop-down menu in the Start tab, and then select the custom number;

3. In the numbering tab, select one of the templates of 1, 2 and 3, click the Customize button, remove the symbols on both sides of the serial number in the label format, then switch to English input brackets, be careful not to lose the order or delete the serial number, and finally click OK;

4. Select the Reference tab, click Cross Reference, copy the item to be referenced into the text box with the numbered item applied, and then click Insert.
