Resin clay production process
The process of making resin mud includes preparing tools and materials, molding and carving, baking and polishing.

1. Prepare tools and materials: Before production, you need to prepare the required tools and materials. This includes resin clay, cutting knives, rolling pins, molds, fine sandpaper and ovens. Ensure that the work area is clean and tidy to avoid any unnecessary interference.

2. Molding and carving: According to your own design and creativity, use a cutting knife and a rolling pin to mold the resin clay into the required shape. You can use a mold to make some details and textures, or you can use a carving knife to carve some fine details. In this step, you need patience and care to get the best results.

3. Baking and grinding: after molding and carving, put the resin mud into the oven for baking. According to the type and thickness of resin mud, it is necessary to adjust the temperature and time of the oven. After baking, polish the resin clay with fine sandpaper to remove any rough edges or uneven surfaces. Finally, it can be wiped with a soft cloth to make the resin mud smoother and brighter.

Characteristics of resin clay:

1, strong flexibility: resin clay has excellent flexibility in shaping and adjusting its own shape. It can be stretched, compressed and twisted without breaking or cracking. This characteristic makes resin clay very suitable for making objects of various shapes and sizes, from tiny decorations to large sculptures.

2. Fast curing speed: Resin clay can be cured quickly at room temperature. When exposed to air, it will harden in a few hours, which enables producers to finish their work in a short time. This kind of clay can also accelerate the curing process by adding catalyst, making the manufacturing process more efficient.

3. Good durability: Once the resin clay is completely cured, its durability is very good. It can resist most chemicals, such as water, oil and alcohol, so it can be preserved for a long time without being damaged. Because of its firmness, resin clay can also be used to make jewelry, decorations and other items that need durability. Resin clay also has strong plasticity and can be molded into various shapes.
