Reflections on Chinese Teaching in National Training School 1 20xx Next semester, I participated in the "National Training Plan" in Hunan Province-the distance training of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas in central and western China. As an ordinary rural basic education teacher, I benefited a lot from participating in this national distance training for Chinese teachers. The experience after this training is summarized as follows:
First, listen to experts' lectures and improve in the harvest.
Thought, soul and educational ideas have been baptized. After listening to the experts' reports, I was attracted by their unique educational theories. After listening to "Use as a Book, Hate Less", your thoughts can be said to be suddenly enlightened, and many education and teaching problems that have plagued you for a long time have been solved. For me, what they said was very touching. "What you get on paper is very shallow.". In the future work practice, I will pay more attention to the infiltration of humanistic thoughts and make my work more perfect.
Second, interact with students and feel progress.
It is more appropriate to describe this training with such a poem, that is, "the sky is high and the clouds are light", and some people say that students should pay attention to the effect rather than just become a mere formality in classroom learning. Some people say that for this phenomenon, teachers should fully affirm students first, and then guide them slowly, so as not to hurt students' self-esteem and reflect humanistic care. Others pointed out that this phenomenon often happens, and teachers should be good at guiding students to develop reasonable imagination, give play to the function of group cooperative learning, and improve classroom teaching efficiency. Everyone has their own opinions, and I will talk about my own. This kind of interaction makes me feel deeply, so the progress it brings is beyond the reach of any catalyst. So I want to say that without interaction, it is impossible to generate a spark of wisdom, let alone broaden one's horizons, let alone improve professional skills. Because of communication, I enriched myself; I have made progress because of interaction. Through studying, I will apply my ideas to practice, and then my work will be more handy.
Third, personal on-the-job training should be improved through reflection.
Strengthen study and promote personal professional development. Through study and reflection, I realize that future education needs scientific research teachers, not "teachers". If teachers want to change from "teachers" to scientific research teachers, they must first establish the concept of lifelong learning, constantly recharge themselves and eliminate job burnout. Because we are engaged in education, we are faced with a group of children who are full of curiosity. It is our responsibility and obligation to educate them well. As we all know, to give students a bowl of water, they must have a bucket of water. At the same time, if a teacher wants to become a researcher, he must constantly study, summarize and reflect, and write his own experience into the paper in time. It can't be divorced from teaching practice, and it needs research to solve the problems in teaching, that is, research in teaching activities instead of textbooks.
In a word, this training is of great significance to teachers' professional growth, which makes me realize that teaching is not only a complex knowledge, but also a superb art, which requires us to keep learning, reflecting and improving. Only in this way can we go faster and better on the road of teachers' professional growth! Through study, I became enlightened. I deeply feel that as a teacher, we should walk with the times. Our classroom reform and school reform are closely related to social reform. Through study, my way of thinking and thinking method have been changed. I hope that I can base myself on the classroom in the future and cross time and space, so that my classroom can better reflect the times and sociality. I believe that through this training, I will definitely go further and more steadily on the road of junior high school Chinese teaching!
Reflections on Chinese Teaching in Guo Pei II. I have been engaged in junior high school Chinese teaching for 20 years, and I have been trying to create an atmosphere of "learning in happiness and being happy in learning" so that students can "enjoy learning" and fully enjoy the fun of learning. Because of this, I made the following attempts:
First, try to close the distance with students.
In daily class management and study life, we should draw closer to students, communicate more, seek their approval, find a breakthrough and emotional methods to pay full attention to them, let them get close to teachers and trust their ways. Taking this as a starting point, give them appropriate tasks, promote their autonomous learning, encourage the joint efforts of the environment, formulate clear, concrete and feasible goals and tasks, trust them, affirm them, and let students truly feel what they have learned, stimulate their interest and experience happiness from it. Only in an equal and relaxed atmosphere can students study happily and get good grades.
Second, prepare carefully before class.
To create a happy and efficient classroom, we must meet the requirements of knowledge capacity, breadth, depth and skill training. It is very important to pay attention to process methods, communicate with each other, think and solve problems with strong pertinence, and gain all-round results. Usually, preparing lessons can't be limited to the teaching staff, but also should collect information extensively to ensure the high efficiency of the classroom.
Third, stimulate interest in learning and arouse students' enthusiasm.
The introduction of passion into the classroom gives students a relaxed and happy signal, brings students into a relaxed and happy atmosphere and guides them into the classroom. Set questions skillfully to stimulate interest, so that every student can move, not be distracted, listen carefully and think positively.
Fourth, pay attention to students' self-presentation, give play to their subjective initiative and improve their ability.
Pay attention to the discussion and communication in the group. Each group recommended representatives to show their learning achievements, and other students in the group made all-round comments, so that the problems were deepened and corrected. If necessary, the teacher finally makes a summary. During the demonstration, students should pay attention to listening and make records or corrections in time. Let every student move and express as much as possible, and cultivate students to think hard, dare to speak and speak hard, which not only cultivates students' thinking ability, but also exercises students' language expression ability. Let every student participate in it, cultivate their sense of accomplishment and enhance their self-confidence.
Fifth, cultivate the ability of coordination and cooperation between class representatives and team leaders to make the class more efficient.
To be harmonious, relaxed and efficient, teachers' personal efforts are not enough. This requires giving full play to the role of class representatives and group leaders reasonably and efficiently, clarifying responsibilities and division of labor, and truly making class representatives and group leaders "right-hand men" of teachers, so as to make the classroom effect more efficient.
Sixth, pay attention to students' cooperative learning.
Encourage students to work together for collective interests and personal interests. Group cooperation is an effective way to give full play to students' main role in classroom teaching and realize their independent ideal in the process of completing the same task. After a semester of exploration, we have some understanding of cooperative learning. Efforts are being made to create an atmosphere of "learning in happiness and being happy in learning", so that students can "enjoy learning" and fully enjoy the fun of learning; Create an efficient classroom model.
