The major of human resource management began to enroll students in 200 1 and has graduated for five times. Under the correct leadership of schools and colleges, through the unremitting efforts and exploration of all teachers in the department, the major of human resource management has gradually matured from immaturity, and now it has become an undergraduate major with a relatively complete talent training system and a good employment situation.

The main disciplines include:

(1) Theory and practice of human resource management: The main research fields are enterprise recruitment, performance management, salary system design, enterprise employee career planning, etc. (2) Research on organizational theory and behavior: The main research areas are organizational structure design, organizational culture construction and strategic choice of organizational behavior. Practice teaching plays an important role in the teaching plan, focusing on the cultivation of students' professional ability. Strengthen the construction of laboratories and off-campus practice bases, strengthen skills training, be familiar with job requirements, enhance students' employability and increase students' employment opportunities. This major has a comprehensive laboratory with advanced equipment, superior hardware environment and complete software, and has many professional softwares such as Beisen talent quality evaluation and Kingdee human resource management. At the same time, relying on the advantages of the industry, practice bases have been established in some communication enterprises, so that students can go out of school, expand their contacts with enterprises and participate in enterprise management activities.

Third, teaching and practice.

Attach importance to curriculum construction. On the basis of ensuring the completion of the main courses of human resource management stipulated by the Ministry of Education, with the support of higher authorities and colleges, we will focus on building a series of courses such as human resource management, organizational behavior and management principles. And create conditions to carry out case teaching generally. At the same time, strengthen laboratory construction and invest necessary funds to purchase corresponding experimental software. On the existing basis, it is planned to build a human resources laboratory within two years and gradually improve it.
