GSP certification is a legal requirement for supervising enterprises to maintain a good quality state, and it is also an inevitable choice for enterprises to improve their quality management level, reduce operational risks and ensure drug safety. Drug retail enterprises are the terminal circulation link of drugs, directly facing consumers, and their quality management level is the key to ensure drug quality control and public safety. Through the statistical analysis of GSP certification tracking defect inspection items of pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper summarizes and discusses the main problems existing in the quality management system of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises and their causes, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
