The storage and maintenance of drugs have been the common knowledge of licensed pharmacists for many years. After all, some very rare drugs are very valuable. To this end, today Bian Xiao compiled the Knowledge Points of Licensed Pharmacists: Basic Requirements for Drug Storage and Maintenance. Let's have a look!

(1) Maintenance of drugs: they should be stored in different categories according to the conditions specified in the quality standard "Storage". Master the following terms:

Shading: refers to packaging in opaque containers, such as colorless transparent translucent containers wrapped in brown containers or black paper;

Sealing: refers to sealing the container to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering;

Sealing: refers to sealing the container to prevent weathering, moisture absorption, volatilization or foreign matter from entering;

Shade and dark place: avoid light, the temperature does not exceed 20℃;

Normal temperature: 10 ~ 30℃.

(2) Drug palletizing: It should be noted that there should be a certain distance between stacks, stacks and walls, heating pipes and stored items; The distance between drug stacking and heat dissipation or heating facilities shall not be less than 30cm, the distance between drug stacking and wall shall not be less than 20cm, the distance between drug stacking and roof and ground shall not be less than 10cm, the width of the passage in the warehouse shall not be less than 200cm, and drugs shall not be stacked vertically under the illumination lamp, and the horizontal distance between the vertical part and the cargo stack shall not be less than 50cm.

(3) standardize the operation of drug stacking and handling, and pay attention to the fact that the medicine box shall not be stored upside down or placed too high, so as to facilitate handling and pay attention to fire prevention.

(4) After the drugs are put into storage, each drug should be stacked in turn or separately according to the batch number and expiration date, and clearly marked, following the principles of "use after delivery", "use in advance first", "use in the near future first" and use drugs according to the batch number.

(5) When classifying drugs according to their nature, attention should be paid to storing drugs for internal use and drugs for external use separately. Drugs with confusing names are stored separately. Drugs whose properties affect each other are stored separately. During the period of drug storage, color code management should be implemented.

(6) On-site inspection of drugs: drugs with damaged packaging and drugs that cannot be used for medical treatment due to damage, deterioration, expiration, etc. should be counted and registered, listed and reported, and destroyed if necessary, and signed by sales supervisors for future reference. They should not be disposed of casually.
