The legal application of foreign-related contracts in China is as general as that in the world, and two principles are mainly established, namely, the principle of autonomy of will and the principle of closest connection. However, compared with the relevant international conventions and other countries' legislation, the provisions on the legal application of foreign-related contracts in China's existing legislation are too principled and lack of feasibility, so it needs to be further improved.
