Objective: To study the practical effect of Astragalus polysaccharide injection as an immune adjuvant for avian influenza. Methods: 60 chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups, and compared with different doses and injection tests. Blood was collected once every 7 days after the first/kloc-0 immunization, the second immunization on the 65 438th day, and the blood was collected twice again, and the antibody titer of serum vaccine was determined. Results: Half dose group (0. 1.0 1ml/ animal) and improved curative effect were very significant (P & lt0.0 1), while full dose group (0.2ml/animal) and improved curative effect were very significant (P & lt0.0 1). The effect of single injection group and mixed injection group was not significant (P & gt0.05). Conclusion: APS has a very significant effect on improving the immune effect of avian influenza vaccine in chickens, and APS can be used as adjuvant in practical application, with good effect.
