1974 to 1977 graduated from the Chinese Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University, majoring in Chinese language and literature, passed the preparatory examination for going abroad by the State Education Commission, studied under Professor Hu, the third chairman of the China World Ancient History Research Association, and obtained a master's degree in world ancient history from the Department of History of Inner Mongolia University. Thesis title "Research on Aristotle's Political Theory".

1987- 1989, lecturer and associate professor in the history department of China Renmin University, chairman of the trade union in the history department, and secretary of the academic committee of history of the National People's Congress.

1994 passed the EPT English test of the state education commission, won a scholarship from the Italian Ministry of foreign affairs, and went to the school of literature and philosophy of the department of historical archaeology and ancient anthropology of the University of Rome, Italy for further study.

After returning to China, he worked as an associate professor in the History Department of Renmin University of China.
