This paper mainly constructs China Petroleum Information Network to achieve the purpose of website construction and combining petroleum information functions. The full text is divided into four parts:

The first part is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the research problem, and briefly describes the relevant research status.

The second part of the introduction to the development kit. Mainly to summarize the technical needs learned.

The third part is the website function analysis. Analyze the function module and database module.

The fourth part is the concrete realization of the website. There are mainly four modules, namely, information browsing module, information retrieval module, information publishing module and information management module.

The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect. And put forward some questions about the summary of this paper.
