Participated in many postgraduate courses and undergraduate teaching, teaching food science and engineering progress, food non-thermal sterilization technology, engineering food, food processing and preservation principle, canned food technology, computer application in food engineering and other courses. Pay attention to the research of teaching methods in teaching, and the teaching effect is well received by students. As one of the teachers, the course "Principles of Food Processing and Preservation" won the titles of "National Excellent Course" and "Guangdong Excellent Course".
