It depends on whether your paper is in Chinese or English and where you plan to publish it. The place where you want to publish (such as a periodical or conference) will give you a template, so you just have to follow it. If you are writing a graduation thesis, the school also has corresponding templates. Different publishing places have different details about the labeling methods of references. Here are some examples for you, using the most commonly used standards in domestic academic journals:

Suppose this is a sentence in the text of the paper [1].

[1] above must be superscript.

Then in the last part of the paper, I wrote:

[1], Cui, Pan Jingui. An Adaptive Minimum Threshold Prediction Algorithm [J]. Computer Science, 2005,32 (4):125-128.

Above refers to the author. Name of the paper [file identifier (journal is J)]. Journal name, year, volume (issue): the paper starts from the page number of the journal and ends at the page number.
