Every university has different rules. If there is a record of truancy, repetition and lack of credit, some schools will be ordered to drop out of school, and some schools will choose to retake, that is, repeat the grade. Generally speaking, as long as there are enough credits, low failure rate and less truancy, the school will not require students to repeat the grade.
