So, by contrast, if teachers and tutors can be praised for publishing papers in core journals, will it make people feel that scientific research is not so sacred, and doing research is nothing more than that? Such prejudice may have no effect on an asshole like me, but I think it is unfriendly to those who do scientific research seriously and stay up late to do experiments.
If you find yourself working hard for a long time, you can't compare with a casual compliment. You will not only have doubts about the academic world, but also have doubts about the obsession that you have persisted for so long.
Therefore, I think this kind of behavior that affects the academic atmosphere should be paid attention to, otherwise it is really difficult to calm the hearts of young people struggling in the laboratory. At least, let everyone know that scientific research is fair.
