1. 1 The manuscript should be printed in duplicate, with the introduction letter and official seal of the company. The letter of introduction should indicate that there is no manuscript with two submissions, no confidentiality involved, and the signature is uncontroversial. At the same time, you must attach a floppy disk or send an email to this magazine. Be sure to indicate the contact number.

1.2 All contributions are written by yourself. According to the relevant provisions of the copyright law, this journal can make textual amendments and abridgements to the contributions, and any amendments involving the original intention will be submitted to the author for consideration. If the revised draft is not sent back for more than 3 months, it shall be deemed as automatic withdrawal.

Once the manuscript of 1.3 is accepted and published, the author will personally sign the authorization for the exclusive use right of the paper, and the exclusive use right belongs to the editorial department of this journal. Without the consent of this journal, no part of the paper may be reproduced elsewhere.
