Therefore, I am working, studying and practicing, constantly enriching my professional knowledge of distribution operation with the help of the training opportunities of senior engineers and technicians. After several years of hard study and practice, I am still handy at work.

Over the past few years, I have been using books, consulting the master, trying to learn the professional knowledge of power distribution through professional training, and learning the management and operation of new equipment and new technology of power distribution equipment. Due to the increasingly updated distribution equipment, new products and technologies emerge one after another. Only by constantly learning and mastering more new knowledge and technology can we master and manage new distribution network equipment. Through study and practice, I have a set of mature management and operation experience for new transformers, pole switches, cable branch box and ring network cabinets. The analysis and judgment of power supply accidents are relatively decisive and accurate, which effectively reduces the time for accident handling and has been fully affirmed by company leaders and customers.

Second, strengthen the equipment management of distribution network.

First, in view of the phenomenon of outdated distribution lines, aging equipment and frequent failures, we have worked actively, boldly explored and practiced, and formulated a series of transformation schemes:

(1), Transformation of terminal connection mode of public transformer: Due to the changeable nature and load of public transformer, transformer terminals and bolt-type equipment clamps are greatly affected by temperature changes, which often leads to loose connection between equipment clamps and wires, and the contact area between equipment clamps and transformer terminals can not meet the requirements of operation regulations, so failures often occur. In view of this situation, all the wires of the public transformer adopt hydraulic pressure nose, which eliminates the defect that the equipment clamp is greatly affected by temperature. Handshake clips are used on the terminals, which increases the contact area of the terminals and effectively avoids the failure of the transformer terminal piles.

(2) After testing, the working grounding and protective grounding piles of the public transformer have been corroded for many years, and the grounding resistance values in many places do not meet the requirements of the regulations. The grounding piles of the transformer have been replaced, which provides a guarantee for the healthy operation of the equipment.

(3) In the transformation of urban and rural power grids, according to the characteristics of power supply and demand, our department actively provided the Ministry of Biotechnology with a preliminary plan of distribution and power supply network, which provided a basis for the rationality and economy of urban and rural power grid transformation. Secondly, the quality of the project should be strictly checked. According to the requirements of "Technical Specification for Acceptance", the intermediate acceptance and completion acceptance of rural power network transformation, industrial capacity expansion and user projects should be strictly controlled to ensure the excellent construction quality of new equipment before grid connection. It lays a foundation for the safe and reliable operation of new equipment.

Second, do a good job in patrolling and eliminating defects of auxiliary equipment, and adjust the capacity of public transformer in time in combination with morning and evening peak load measurement and voltage measurement of distribution equipment, so that the public transformer can run near the rated output current, and the accident of burning out the transformer due to overload will not occur in my jurisdiction. At the same time, combined with the peak electricity consumption in Xia Dong season in a year, corresponding measures should be made to meet the peak in summer and winter, and the number of night patrols and special patrols should be increased, and any abnormal situation should be handled in time.

Third, actively organize the quarterly safety inspection, carefully inspect and eliminate the defects of distribution lines and equipment under its jurisdiction in combination with the safety assessment work, so as to ensure that there is no leakage of oil-filled equipment, and the intact rate of Class I equipment is 100%.

Fourth, the research on distribution network structure has been strengthened, and emergency rescue plans for holidays, important government meetings and important activities of enterprises and institutions have been formulated and implemented every year, ensuring the normal development of various activities in power supply areas.

Fifth, in order to prevent users of three-phase four-wire system from burning the zero wire due to the small diameter of the zero wire and the asymmetric three-phase load, they should make timely rectification according to the weak links, joints and contact defects found in the inspection, increase repeated grounding, replace the large-area zero wire, strictly take transitional measures at the copper-aluminum joint, and carry out the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of power supply equipment in the distribution network from a subtle point of view.

Sixth, strictly abide by the discipline of safety production, increase the on-site safety work of power distribution emergency repair and daily maintenance, put an end to illegal behaviors, actively carry out the activities of creating "teams and individuals without violations" and implement safety measures.

The second thing is that before the construction of Tingfu No.2 overhead transmission line, Ceng Gong and I worked out an overhead transmission line operation instruction. During this period, I not only learned how to calculate sag, but also played my specialty in computer, and simplified sag calculation by using excel tables. After that, I continued to use excel's powerful data processing function for various construction calculations and data management, and applied excel to all aspects of transmission line technology. After accumulating some experience, I also wrote it.

The third thing is that I went to Shaanxi alone to go through the relevant procedures for crossing the Hunan-Chongqing Railway when I was constructing the Tingfu No.2 overhead line. Before this, I have never been responsible for such an important project construction alone. However, after I arrived in Shaanxi, I finally got the construction permit to cross the Hunan-Chongqing Railway from the Shaanxi people I met for the first time through my accumulated social experience and unremitting efforts. I am very happy to hear that other projects have not been completed for several months, but I only finished them in less than two weeks.

Not long after the Spring Festival in xx, two projects of π wiring of Datong Line and Ting Double Line started one after another, followed by π wiring of Hua Double Line. During this time, I have basically adapted to the work of transmission lines, undertaken many things related to project construction, and got many opportunities for exercise (especially thanks to our project manager Guo Chunlin), which further consolidated and improved my professional skills and social skills.
