(1), Transformation of terminal connection mode of public transformer: Due to the changeable nature and load of public transformer, transformer terminals and bolt-type equipment clamps are greatly affected by temperature changes, which often leads to loose connection between equipment clamps and wires, and the contact area between equipment clamps and transformer terminals can not meet the requirements of operation regulations, so failures often occur. In view of this situation, all the wires of the public transformer adopt hydraulic pressure nose, which eliminates the defect that the equipment clamp is greatly affected by temperature. Handshake clips are used on the terminals, which increases the contact area of the terminals and effectively avoids the failure of the transformer terminal piles.
(2) After testing, the working grounding and protective grounding piles of the public transformer have been corroded for many years, and the grounding resistance values in many places do not meet the requirements of the regulations. The grounding piles of the transformer have been replaced, which provides a guarantee for the healthy operation of the equipment.
(3) In the transformation of urban and rural power grids, according to the characteristics of power supply and demand, our department actively provided the Ministry of Biotechnology with a preliminary plan of distribution and power supply network, which provided a basis for the rationality and economy of urban and rural power grid transformation. Secondly, the quality of the project should be strictly checked.
