If I publish a paper in a journal, but I am not hired, will I be notified?
It is still possible. Generally, electronic publications have templates in the hands of larger agents, and written notice can be issued before payment. If you don't pay the fee, you can still withdraw the manuscript, so you can still send a notice without sending it. However, if you give a notice, you can basically confirm that the manuscript has been hired, and pay according to the process, which can generally be published.
