Environmental protection measures to protect river water and soil quality?
According to the requirements of the leaders of the Water Conservancy Bureau and the specific conditions of the construction work area, we have formulated the following environmental protection measures.

I. Personnel management measures

1. Establish a professional environmental protection department to organize civilized construction, regularly train constructors, vehicle drivers and mechanical operators, strengthen civilized construction management, enhance the environmental awareness of construction participants, and make it everyone's responsibility to care for the environment.

Second, the construction management measures

1. Cement leakage prevention measures. In the process of cement transportation, loading and unloading, keep a good sealing state, and try to ensure that cement dust does not fall to the ground, lift off or be discharged into the river. Take all measures to prevent transport vehicles from scattering sand, gravel, concrete, ballast, etc. Arrange special personnel to clean up the construction roads and work areas in time. On-site construction roads should be kept flat and smooth, with smooth drainage and regular inspection, repair and maintenance.

Maintenance.

2. Equipment and small vehicles used for mixing and transporting mortar concrete should be overhauled to ensure no leakage.

3. In the process of using mechanical vehicles, strengthen maintenance, prevent the leakage of gasoline, diesel oil and engine oil, and ensure the smooth intake and exhaust system.

4. Transport vehicles and construction machinery use high-quality fuels such as 0# diesel oil and unleaded gasoline to reduce the emission of toxic and harmful gases.

5. Do not burn substances that will produce toxic or malodorous gases in the construction area.

6. The waste water generated by construction shall not be discharged into Hanoi, and the waste water shall be treated strictly.

7. Oily wastewater from machine maintenance shall not be directly discharged into the water body, and the polluted water shall be treated centrally.

8. Drainage ditches and grit chambers should be built on the construction site to reduce mud, sand and waste residue from entering the river. Before construction, formulate construction measures to ensure organized drainage. In the process of earthwork excavation and construction, the occupied area should be reduced as much as possible, and construction access roads and cofferdams should be built as little as possible on the premise of ensuring construction. Pay attention to protect the stability of adjacent buildings and slopes during excavation.

9. Regularly carry out centralized cleaning of construction machinery and vehicles. The clean water is precipitated in the water collecting tank and then discharged to the outside.

10. Domestic garbage should be piled up in a centralized way to maintain the environmental sanitation of the construction area and living area. A sufficient number of temporary garbage storage facilities shall be set up in the construction area and living camp to prevent the loss of garbage, and the garbage shall be sent to the designated garbage dump regularly and covered with soil as required.

1 1. The building spoil should be piled up in a centralized way and transported to the spoil ground regularly. Never throw mud, silt and other construction waste into Hanoi.

Three. conservation of water and soil

1. Use the land reasonably according to the design and contract requirements. No land beyond the contract shall be occupied for stacking, transportation or temporary construction. Topsoil should be properly preserved during construction, and the original surface appearance should be restored or covered after temporary construction.

2. In construction activities, measures such as setting drainage ditches and improving drainage system should be taken to prevent soil erosion and damage to vegetation and other environmental resources.

3. It is strictly forbidden to dig or take sand from the river bottom in the construction area, and do not change the original structure of the river bed at will.
