Doctoral dissertations and selected master's dissertations participating in the double-blind review shall be submitted for review by the graduate school entrusted by the Center for Degree and Postgraduate Education Development of the Ministry of Education or Shanghai Education Evaluation Institute.

According to the official documents of Fudan University Graduate School, all doctoral dissertations must participate in the double-blind review organized by the school.

Precautions: No unit or individual may interfere with the double-blind evaluation of doctoral and master's degree theses for any reason or way, inquire or verify the information of reviewers, communicate privately, try to influence the opinions of reviewers, or retaliate against reviewers with different opinions.
