1. First open word in the computer, then click "Insert", and then click "Form" to insert the form according to the data requirements.

2. Second, right-click the table and click "Borders and Shading" in the list.

3. Finally, select the whole table, cancel the "vertical line" in the border and shading dialog box, and click "OK" when finished.
