There are two ways for on-the-job personnel to participate in postgraduate education: academic education and non-academic education. After the academic education, you can get a double certificate (diploma+degree certificate). Non-academic education, no diploma, no student status. You can get a degree certificate if you apply. On-the-job personnel can choose the appropriate way according to their personal situation.
First, academic education.
1, separate test
(1) After graduating from university, I have worked continuously in this major or similar major for four years.
(2) On-the-job personnel with good political performance and excellent business skills, who have published research papers (technical reports) or have become the backbone of the business, can take the examination alone after being recommended by the unit and two experts with senior professional and technical positions, and are directed or entrusted to train for the unit. Candidates who take separate examinations may apply for registration to the on-the-job individual examination enrollment unit approved by the Ministry of Education.
(3) recommended by the unit and two experts with senior professional positions.
(4) The age can be relaxed to about 40 years old.
Candidates who take separate examinations should generally be limited to on-the-job personnel recommended by the employer for directional training or entrusted training. During the study period, the postgraduate students who take separate examinations will not change their registered permanent residence, personnel relationship or salary relationship, and the medical expenses will be borne by the candidates' original work units, and they will return to their original work units after graduation.
Candidates who take separate exams directly go to the admissions office of the provincial university where the admissions unit or the admissions unit is located to confirm the registration, and the deadline for confirmation is the same as that of the candidates who take the unified exam. Individual examination subjects are proposed by the admissions unit.
You can study full-time, part-time or on-the-job after a separate exam. Upon the expiration of the study period, those who have completed the required courses and passed the examination will be awarded the master's diploma and master's degree certificate issued by the state.

If conditions permit, the first method is the most ideal. Although the conditions are harsh, it is really much easier and does not delay the work. The latter two are national unified examinations, and the competition pressure is even greater.
If you get a diploma from the undergraduate self-study exam in 2007, you can apply for an in-service master of law and MBA. It doesn't matter without a degree certificate. The independent examination requires four years of work experience, that is to say, it takes 20 1 1 year to apply for the on-the-job independent examination.
Another way is to take the national unified examination on June 5438+ 10 every year, and take the examination together with the undergraduate students, but this is not an on-the-job graduate student, usually full-time, and has a double certificate after graduation.

2. apply for a master's degree with the same academic qualifications.
No academic certificate, but a degree certificate.
It belongs to postgraduate non-academic education. After the applicant obtains the degree, it only shows that he has reached the academic level of the master's degree and has the same academic ability (the "power" of learning ability) as the master's degree, and does not involve academic qualifications. Therefore, the applicant's academic qualifications have not changed, and he cannot obtain a master's degree;
Qualification threshold: bachelor degree, working for more than 3 years after obtaining bachelor's degree.
Learning style: On-the-job learning.
Learning fees: charged according to different schools.
Certificate acquisition: master's degree, certificate of completion.
Suitable for the crowd: its flexible teaching time is the most suitable way for on-the-job personnel to further their studies at present.
Admission difficulty: Shen Shuo, who has the same academic ability, adopts the method of "free entrance, taking exams while studying". In order to finally get the certificate, on-the-job learners need to pass the Mishima Pass.
On-the-job graduate students apply for equivalent academic qualifications
Generally speaking, students who have a bachelor's degree and have more than three years' work experience can obtain a nationally recognized master's degree certificate after completing all the postgraduate courses and passing the examination, passing the national unified examination of "Applicants with the same academic qualifications applying for a master's degree" held in May each year, and passing the thesis defense.
circuit diagram
Admission without examination, participation in postgraduate courses-completion of all credits to obtain a certificate of completion-passing the comprehensive subjects and English unified examination, with credits valid for four years-writing a thesis to pass the defense-obtaining a master's degree.
Timetable:
◆ Twice: Generally speaking, in-service postgraduate courses are enrolled twice a year in spring and autumn. For qualified applicants, the postgraduate course is "first come, first served" until the quota is full. So if you choose some popular majors, you'd better apply early.
◆4 years: To apply for a master's degree with equivalent academic qualifications, you must complete all the courses of the postgraduate course class, and you can apply for the national unified examination with equivalent academic qualifications only after completing the credits. The letter of credit is valid for 4 years. This also means that each applicant has four opportunities to take the national unified equivalent examination.
◆ May: The examination for applying for the equivalent master's degree is held in May every year.
3. Advanced postgraduate courses
Without academic certificates and degree certificates, you can get a certificate of completion;
It is a teaching form for on-the-job personnel to further their studies and improve their professional level, and has no direct connection with the granting of master's degrees. Those who pass the course can be issued a certificate of completion of postgraduate courses by the class-running unit. There will be no change in academic qualifications and degrees after the certification of postgraduate courses. Its certificate is the proof of equivalent academic ability, that is, learning ability;
(1) A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course, indicating that graduate students have reached the same academic level.
(2) Students who have obtained a bachelor's degree for more than three years may apply for a master's degree certificate in accordance with relevant regulations (the same as the master's degree certificate obtained by formal graduate students).
In-service postgraduate courses related schools: Peking University, Tianjin University, Nankai University, Tsinghua University, University of Political Science and Law.
According to the relevant regulations, the unified fee for postgraduate courses is about10.6 million to 22,000 yuan, and some courses charge different fees for providing other value-added services.
According to the needs of social development, graduate students, master students and doctoral students represent a symbol of a person's social status.
