To this end, she and general practitioners have developed scientific research results. Niaoduqing Granule has been widely used in the whole country and sold to Southeast Asia and the United States. It has obtained the national new drug approval certificate, realized the transformation of results, received good social and economic benefits, and effectively improved the supporting conditions for discipline construction. More than 6.5438+million yuan has been invested, and the first-class blood purification center and laboratory of the whole army have been built successively. We have trained 20 master students and doctoral students, all of whom have published papers in core journals, and some of them have become academic leaders. At the same time, Hou Fanfan has also brought out a young and middle-aged backbone team combining clinical and scientific research, with nearly 60 medical staff in the department. She was elected as the deputy director of the kidney disease professional Committee of the whole army and the deputy editor-in-chief of China Dialysis magazine; Nephrology laboratory became the key laboratory of the whole army. In 2000, with the approval of the General Logistics Department, the Department of Nephrology was upgraded to the Institute of Nephrology of the whole army.
