1. This magazine publishes the school-running experience, educational theory research results and educational teaching experience of principals, educational administrators, educational researchers, teachers and graduate students (including doctors and masters).

2. The manuscript generally requires 3500-5500 words. The manuscript should be scientific, timely and practical, with prominent focus, clear level, sufficient arguments and concise words.

3. If the manuscript is an academic paper, please pay attention to academic norms, which must include abstracts, keywords, notes and references. Please refer to the relevant articles of this journal for the format of references. After the manuscript, the author's title, position, contact telephone number, address and e-mail address are indicated. If the author is a student of the National Institute of Education Administration, please indicate the time and class when he came to study in the college.

Please don't submit more than one manuscript. If you don't receive the employment notice within three months, please ask the author to handle it himself. Due to the limited editorial staff, the manuscript will not be rejected. Please keep the manuscript for yourself.
