Unswervingly pursuing the open strategy of mutual benefit and win-win, we must strive to solve the North-South gap that restricts the development of the world economy. As a developing country, China will continue to actively promote South-South cooperation and North-South dialogue, strive to narrow the gap between the North and the South, support developing countries to enhance their independent development capabilities, and promote economic globalization in a mutually beneficial and win-win direction.
We should unswervingly pursue the win-win opening-up strategy and promote the establishment of a more just and rational new international political and economic order. Facing the general trend of world multipolarization, economic globalization and profound changes in international power, the current global economic governance has been difficult to meet the development requirements of all countries, and the voice of improving the representation and voice of developing countries in global economic governance is getting higher and higher. In the context of the international financial crisis, the share reform process of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund has started. We should seize these positive trends, adhere to the balance of rights and obligations, actively participate in the reform of global economic governance, and promote the establishment of a more just and reasonable global economic governance mechanism. At the same time, since the international financial crisis, various forms of protectionism have risen, and China has become the biggest victim of trade and investment protectionism in some countries. For quite some time to come, actively promoting regional and global trade and investment liberalization and facilitation and opposing various forms of protectionism are in line with the development interests of China and the general trend of world economic development, and should be an important part of our mutually beneficial and win-win opening-up strategy.
