On February 30th, 2002112, China Asset Management Association issued the Notice on Handling Complaints of China Asset Management Association. According to the announcement, in order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors and standardize the handling of complaints in the investment fund industry, the Association revised the Measures for Handling Complaints of China Asset Management Association, which was reviewed and approved by the third Council of the Association on February 30, 20021/kloc-0. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of June 30, 2022.

Measures for Handling Complaints of China Asset Management Association Article 1 In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors, standardize the handling of complaints in the investment fund industry and promote the healthy development of the industry, these measures are formulated in accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Securities Investment Fund Law and other laws and administrative regulations, the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the articles of association of China Asset Management Association (hereinafter referred to as the Fund Industry Association). Article 2 The term "complaint" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the behavior of investors who, through channels published or recognized by fund industry associations, reflect that they have civil disputes with industry organizations and their employees (hereinafter referred to as the object of complaint) in the process of fund investment activities or receiving related services, and demand the settlement of disputes. Article 3 The objects of complaint mentioned in these Measures include fund managers, fund custodians, institutions engaged in fund business such as fund sales and share registration and valuation, securities companies, fund management companies, futures companies, their subsidiaries engaged in private asset management and their employees. Article 4 Complaint handling shall follow the principles of legality, fairness, impartiality, convenience, efficiency and diversification.
