Why can't Xianbei New Village be demolished?
There are four points in Xianbei New Village that cannot be demolished:

1. Villagers do not agree to demolition: in China, demolition often involves property rights. If the villagers don't agree to the demolition or can't get reasonable compensation, it will be difficult for the government to promote the demolition.

2. The administrative examination and approval procedures are complicated: In China, demolition needs to go through the examination and approval procedures of relevant departments. If the administrative examination and approval procedure is cumbersome and takes a long time, it will also hinder the progress of the demolition work.

3. Disputes over land development interests: In some cases, disputes over land development interests may be the main reason why demolition is difficult to advance.

4. Overpopulation: If there is an overpopulation in the demolition area, the government needs to pay a higher price to complete the demolition, which may also increase the difficulty of the demolition.
