The traditional simple design and execution process of electromechanical equipment operation action does not need the participation of intelligent control technology. However, if the objects faced by the control system can't be described by specific mathematical models and the actions performed are nonlinear, the tasks to be completed or the data to be calculated by the mechatronics control system will surge, and simple and repeated actions can't meet the requirements of equipment operation. Intelligent control technology is oriented to electromechanical integration system with uncertain mathematical model, which is becoming more and more important in modern product production, and its influence on product production efficiency and quality is also crucial. Based on this, this paper further analyzes the application significance of intelligent control technology and the specific application method in electromechanical integration system.

Introduction:
Electromechanical integration system needs the support of mechanical transmission system and electrical system in actual operation, and the internal program control unit needs to be optimized at the program level according to the actual operation contents of mechanical system and electrical system, so that the operation process of electromechanical integration system can have certain automation characteristics. This automation feature is not only manifested in the automatic selection of action execution mode, but also in the fact that the mechatronics system can intelligently select various production parameters according to the characteristics of products or the actual situation of production environment, with high fault tolerance, so as to obtain better product processing quality.
